3. Remember recreation

Think about ways buyers may be needing to expand their bodies and minds without leaving the house.

A home gym or craft room may be an ideal way to upgrade a flex space. Built-in shelving would be useful in allowing potential buyers to envision space for their hobbies or a collection of items.

That does not mean you have to outfit the room with expensive gym equipment. Simply clearing out some space and including a yoga mat will help the buyer to visualize.
