The S&D Property Management Division stands apart from all others in the Central Florida area for our dedication to a quality experience for both our owners/investors and tenants, as well as an impressive depth of knowledge of the ever-changing market. We are proudly managed by long time property management experts John-Michael Elliot and Richard Eijo, and owned by Lakeland real estate experts and broker-owners Dee and Shawn McDonough. We have a staff of highly trained and dedicated employees so that we can afford to take the time to assess each potential renter and rental property to ensure a certain level of standards are met and that the opportunity would be a quality addition to our portfolio of 415+ properties.
